There are several ways to lose your double chin.   • Tilt your head back and look up at the ceiling.
  • Push your lower jaw forward to feel a stretch under the chin.
  • Hold and count to 10.
  • Return to a natural position.
  • Repeat 10-15 times daily
  • Ball Exercise
  • Hold a 9 – 10cm ball under your chin.
  • Press your chin downwards against the ball while counting to 10, then release.
  • Repeat 25 times daily.
  • The Neck Stretch
  • Tilt your head backward and look at the ceiling.
  • Press your tongue to the roof of your mouth. Hold this pose for 5 to 10 seconds and release.
  • Repeat 10-15 times daily
  • Bottom Jaw Stretch
  • Tilt your head backward and look at the ceiling.
  • Turn your head to the right.
  • Push your bottom jaw forward.
  • Hold this pose for 5 to 10 seconds and release.
  • Repeat with your head turned to the left.
  • Repeat daily 10-15 times

3.Fat-Dissolving Injections
